when i work out at the gym i listen to deicide, insomnium, bloodbath, pantera, carcass, death... and i dont know why but when im starting my "cool down" faith no more and white zombie works very well. keeps me motivated but i naturally start to slow down. lol slow groovey stuff i guess.
