its all good dude, bad techinque would be not using any econ picking or alt. But since u are doing them its good, try to play so u dont concentrate alot. All that econo/alt picking is very good!

the intro to Smoke and Mirrors is cool, im trying to get that to Tempo, its hard! Also its cool to analyze how he got those chords all worked out, ( parallel minor, major.. stuff) great song BTW!

whats the difference between 550 and 570 I had owned a 570 before and it was an ok guitar, how does it compare to 550? the RGT prestige looks great

it depends in what, I would say that Petrucci is very precise and looks like he would be much better in solo improvisions. He is more of jazz oriented and Romeo can just whip out a great metal/neo-classical metal solo. They are both great for what they do and they got almost opposite playing...

LOOKING FOR A BASSIST FOR MY BAND.

any of you feel this way? When I have very low action I can come close to playing some of that romeo tapping stuff. But with low action my arpegios becomes messy, With higher action I can play arpegios better and forget about any fast -legato tapping. Also I use a fender with medium frets...

you know the Tap Tempo knob, at half way what is it (200?400) I dont know how to make it 400,200, ,... ect. thanks
