Yes, they are definitely "becoming" mainstream. I couldn't picture them being as BIG as Korn or Slipknot, but I can definitely picture them being as big as a band like Tool.

There will be a ton of bands influenced by Opeth in the near distant future. Right now? I don’t know. I have heard of “April Ethereal,” and I am hoping that the band’s music is more creative than their name, which is obviously a rip-off of Opeth… But, I haven’t heard any bands that sound...

I may go to it. I don't know yet. It depends on how my brother works Wednesday. I went to the Deliverance show last May at Harpos. It was a great show. So, I am hoping that he gets the day off!
