What bands have Opeth influenced

Now I consider Opeth unique in metal with their particular vision.
But are there bands that have been obviously or even slightly influenced by Opeth's style.
With my limited metal collection I am in no position to comment.
Maybe there are none.
I know Vehemence denied any influence but hey there might be a touch.
Any others.

This board is filled with upcoming artists who are influenced by Opeth.

Novembers Doom claim Opeth influence for some stuff. I'm sure other bands as well. As with all influences, most are only small aspects that you are influenced by, so the music doesnt necessarily have to sound the same in order to be heavily influenced by a certain band.

Can't say much of promotion. I don't follow much magazines or anything. Anyway it seems the first reviews and adverts are coming up right now.

There will be a ton of bands influenced by Opeth in the near distant future. Right now? I don’t know. I have heard of “April Ethereal,” and I am hoping that the band’s music is more creative than their name, which is obviously a rip-off of Opeth… But, I haven’t heard any bands that sound distinctly like Opeth.

Obviously Agalloch sounds a lot like early Opeth. Clean and raspy vocals,long songs,acoustic interludes,yadda yadda yadda. I'm guessing everyone knows this but its just common knowledge around here. Sorry.

Yes, but they're waaaaay past the 'influenced' stage. They actually believe they're Opeth.

I think april ethereal are more of a piss take than anything else, I can't really take the music seriously.
