    Soundcard digital sync jumps between external/internal

    I have outboard gear sending SPDIF coaxial signal to the soundcard. It shows external clock sync, but every now and then it jumps back to internal clock for a split second, causing a switching noise. This happens with all outboard gear and all cables I have. Has anyone seen this issue before?

    The tonewood debate is not about pickups sounding the same in different guitars but whether the body wood alone (that people most look at when choosing guitars) has a real effect on the sound or it is the construction + hardware that mostly determines it. As this is not something an end user...
