hi all, normally i sample the whole drumkit, this time ive used overheads for cymbals. i was hoping i could brickwall and eq the snare and toms out of my OH so that i could easily quantize my toms for tight drums. But of course that doesnt work , i got still to much tom/snare in my OH...

sometimes with Drop B tunings it seems that the intonation is a bit off, ive learnt a trick where after you tuned it, you tune the low B by ear by playing both B strings on 2d fret. Do this also with 2 open b strings until you've got a good compromise between them.

hi, i am looking for an good all round preamp for my 7B to record vocals(pop/punk/screams). currently i am using the preamp on my audio interface, any suggestions?

however it still got much low end, i am pretty satisfied with my bass tone. i didnt dailed in the drive on the rbi much, which helped allot. bass is sidechained, but could use more compression i think.
