I've got a nice skanking sound from the Jazz Clean amp on my PODxt. It doesn't take much tweaking - just whack up the treble.

Does it have an external transformer? Or if it's internal, does it support 230v?

Perhaps I should've been clearer. I'm not trying to replicate Meshuggah's sound exactly. It's just that Rational Gaze is a nice easy song to play, so it was good start :) Basically I have a new Agile Intrepid (which is 8 string) and obviously the pickups sound different from my Bare Knuckle...

I'm not really fussed about re-amping; I don't even have an amp. I'll only be recording from my PODxt :) Looks like I'll be getting the M-Audio then!
