samples are Steven Slate. they are totally sick. and i've done nothing special really. just some compression, EQ (to fit the mix), transient shaper and GClip.

the kick has nearly NO body. try EQ. don't scoop it so much. it must not fight with the middle range from guitars, but it MUST have it, noetheless. try compressing the snare with fast attack and moderate release. the overheads are too harsh for my taste. try also mild compression (with fast...

guitars are great, but the drums suck. no punch, no space, sorry. how the guitars were made? and what were the guitars, btw? try aading some body to the kick - it's almost dead in the mix. cnahge the snare sample - this one does not sit with the mix, IMO. add some room to the drums also.
