I dont know what you mean by "disconnected from everything". The OHs are pretty high but mostly EQd for the cymbals. That was there choice of vocal leveling, I like it sitting in the mix and not in your face cuz the music needs to shine, esp. that drummer! I might have moved 4 hits the whole...

It could be these headphones, but i think if the guitars were cleaned up just a little, the kick and snare would pop thru better. Is there reverse verb on the clean vox?

I think you're taking to much mids out of everything. Let it breathe yo ha jk. More kick, less ambiance on it too. Im still working on my mixing skills too, but taking a stab at contructive critism is helping for sure.

Sounds great, maybe a little oomph off of the toms, or it could just be these m-audio headphones. Natural cymbals sound cool, but maybe a little more air on them. I would get the bass growl a tad more maybe? I like the loud guitars but I also agree with Clark Kent and the genre and all. Do...
