I wouldn't say he sucked at micing real amps. 'Before Their Eyes' album from 2008 was pretty good and I think that was a combo of real amps and something else. Pod Farm has a nice sound if work with it a bit eliminate the honking/hiss that comes with it.

The Snare 1 is the sound you hear in Miss May I's latest album, the second one is from We Came as Romans Single 'To Move on Is To Grow'. They sound very similar, but I think the Truth custom has less of a click and more snare body audible.

This forum has seen a lot of hate from both sides of the 'Real Metal' and 'Fake Metal' argument, me being one of them lol. This is the perfect example of what we all need to do sometimes and chill.

I wouldn't mind joining if I wasn't already committed to my solo project full time, and the fact I am nowhere near Arkansas at the moment. Keep it up your music sounds good.

Song is a bit muddy from the bass and hissy guitar taking over the mix so I can barely here the drums. I like the drum sound though, especially the cymbals.
