It Might Get Loud Productions is proud to announce the release of “Death Metal Essentials” & “Deathcore Essentials”. Both MIDI packs include 100+ beats in 4/4 and ¾ and over 40+ fills. That’s over 200+ beats and nearly a 100 fills to fiddle with!

Both packs include a variety of Blast Beats, fast double bass beats, Carpet Rolls, Slow Breakdowns and much more. All drums were recorded by Ron D. Rock at Soundstakk Studios in Detroit.

For limited time IMGL offers both packs as a bundle for $15 or $10 individually.

IMGL also offers a limited time offer for all the 6 MIDI Packs available.

Sounds cool. Question: I know it says GM mapping on the site, but what does that mean for using, say, SD3? Would I have to remap the midi for Superior?

Unless Toontrack dramatically changed the mapping in SD3 from SD2 you should be able to run it just fine without remapping anything. All Toontrack (as well as our own samplers) follow GM very closely. I don't own SD3 (yet) so I can't say for 100% but it is very very likely that you won't have to remap anything. Cheers!
