2015 Bands Playing Your Favorite Album

Pain of Salvation - The Perfect Element
Kamelot - The Black Halo or Epica
Devin Townsend - Ziltoid the Omniscient (with a special appearance by Ziltoid)
Circus Maximus - Isolate
Vanden Plas - A God Thing
Voyager - I am the Revolution

Grave Digger - The Grave Digger or Tunes of War. I prefer if I had to, the former.

I think they already did Tunes Of War entirely at Wacken a few years ago. I'd love to hear and see it of course, but also Knights Of The Cross. The Grave Digger is good but I never clicked with it as much as ToW and KotC.

I already did something similar in the "5 returning and 5 new bands" thread. I'll mix it up a little here, though my first choice remains the same.

1. Mercenary - 11 Dreams, with the 11 Dreams lineup.
2. Edguy - Hellfire Club
3. Symphony X - V
4. Sonata Arctica - Reckoning Night
5. Riverside - Out Of Myself
6. Vanden Plas - Seraphic Clockwork

Kamelot - Karma and The Black Halo
Symphony X - V: The New Mythology Suite and The Divine Wings Of Tragedy
Vanden Plas - The God Thing and Christ 0
Orden Ogan - Easton Hope
Redemption - The Fullness of Time and This Mortal Coil
Darkwater - Calling the Earth to Witness
Pagan's Mind - Enigmatic Calling
Tomorrow's Eve - Tales of Serpentia
Souljouners - Mind Control
Shadow Gallery - Tyranny and Room V
Spheric Universe Experience - Anima
Cirrha Niva - For Moments Never Done
Hourglass - Oblivious to the Obvious
Arcane - Chronicles Of The Waking Dream
Thank You Scientist - Maps of Non-Existent Places
Imminent Sonic Destruction - Recurring Themes

Can't believe it's been 29 years since I first bought Heavy Metal Breakdown. Pretty sure Banzai released it. Wonder if I still have the vinyl.

Angra (or Matos) - Angels Cry
Shadow Gallery - Tyranny
Royal Hunt - Paradox
Sonata Arctica - Ecliptica
Labyrinth - Return to Heaven Denied
Vanden Plas - Far Off Grace
Circus Maximus - The 1st Chapter
Edguy - Theater of Salvation
Sava..whatever you want call them......Edge of Thorns

I'd be thrilled with any of those.

1. Redemption (Snowfall on Judgement Day.....or any of their other releases really (except their very 1st one))
2. Amorphis (Silent Waters)

I guess it's just me...but concept albums in a live setting make more sense than just playing a disc straight through.

Don't get me wrong...defintely exceptions to that rule pending on if it's perceived as a classic by the majority of fans.

I agree. Some non-concept albums just have impeccable flow on disc though, and thus would make great candidates for full-album setlists.

When Amon Amarth did the "An Evening With Amon Amarth" tour a couple of years ago, they did all of Surtur Rising, which worked pretty well.
