2015 North America Tour Support

Does anyone know who, besides Insomnium, will support DT on their upcoming North American tour? I've checked out a few venues but haven't found anything aside from an occasional local band (for example, Winter Nights in New York City).

If it's just Insomnium, does that mean the sets will be longer?

Yeah, Insomnium is the only support that's following DT around for the whole tour. I'm assuming their set will be like 45 minutes and DT will have at least 90.
