Hi,

As every year we book some talented Dutch bands to open the festival. The first Dutch band we booked is 21 EYES OF RUBY, a band from the area near Baarlo, playing some music influenced by bands such as Tool, Smashing Pumpkins and The Mars Volta. Probably a band you would not have expected, but as you now we try to search for some cool surprises that still fit the festival. And 21 EYES OF RUBY is 1 of these little surprises.

[Bringa]

They sound very bland and generic to me :/ They'll either convince me I'm wrong within the first ten minutes of their gig, or I'll have a nice break to go eat or have another few beers. We'll see.

 

[Dandemon]

The sound of the band doesn't really grab me. But I'm more into the heavy bands instead of Tool-like bands. But they may surprise me... like "Nova Art" in 2006.

They sound quite interresting, i got to listen more to them.
