I forgot a really awesome game, old but great. Try Soldiers Of Fortune, you can dismember enemies with a shotgun!lol There is a recent Soldiers Of Fortune game but I think that isnt good. Try the first one because it´s a really, really good game.

+1 Great that the bodies didnt disappear right away and continued to take damage. I would always sit there and meticulously shoot off every limb and shoot the stomach until we had some intestinal spillage.

One I also really liked back in the day that features plenty of unnecessary violence but seems to be kinda forgotten nowadays is Kingpin - Life of Crime.

SOF2 is a great game, perhaps even underrated. I highly recommend it.

I can't play Gears Of War cause I ain't got Xbox.
I tried Call Of Duty Free on Wii. But it was a bit boring killing nazis with shitty guns. No dismembrances, no gallons of blood, no livers and kidneys all over the place...

Gears of war 1 has been released to pc as well.
It's awesome, you can play the main story with a friend of yours on a lan.
