Ugh.. Beef is the first thing I ate too after ten years of vegetarianism and virtually vegan. It tasted great but the next day i was so sick. I felt like ten pints of blood were drained from me. Every time i tried to stand up, everything started to desintegrate till i'd black out for a sec. and fall down. I didn't know it was the beef till the next time I ate it, same thing. I'd become seriously allergic to it or something they'd added to it in those ten years. I still can't even touch it.
