Yeh, some of it you'll be familiar with, but for other stuff that you WANT to know, he gives u the first steps in the right direction so u can go have a play on your own.

I'm not sure why he bothers adjusting faders before he's even compressed any of those tracks.

not to mention that he's not even doing any gain staging and only momentarily even talks about gain staging (when he refers to the analog realm). This video is about not clipping your master bus....that's it.
