FOH and Monitors at the same time is quite common isn't it? Of course not via a dedicated monitor desk (just AUXes for the wedges) - at least in <600 venues... Lights as well is a whole other story of course! %)

Yep, pretty common. I have done the monitors+foh+lights many times, its really not that hard really because I usually just concentrate on the tap delay and lights after a few songs unless the guitarist doesn't have a boost on the solo sound.
