UPDATE (Sept, 5 2008)

Final version! (The Lost Element Version 2)
http://www.soundclick.com/bands/page_music.cfm?bandID=865035

Superior 2.0 drums, some minor mix changes and some bigger ones. ;)

For the kick i used the Ez kick i was already using, i don't really like the S2.0 kicks.
For the snare I wanted a snare with a "Scar Symmetry's last album" feel on it, a fat snare with some harmonics. Although there's something wrong about it I can't describe, it might be just the sample itself...

Wow dude that is fucking awesome. I can only critique the music not the mix, but the rhythm tone is killer, but more than anything i like the touches with the clean guitar + orchestral stuff
fucking killer shit dude

Can you also tell us a bit about the post-processing of the guitars?? Eq, compressor etc. And what about mastering? info would be truely appreciated! :)

Thanks for the preset! I've had your song on my desktop for several weeks now and listen all the time. I always wonder how you got Revalver to sound so good. Can't wait to mess with the preset.

Listened to your final version yesterday: i think you have a really nice professional sounding mix there. Love the song atmosphere and lead work too:headbang:

Final version is great :headbang:

Thx for preset. One small question - where you filter 80hz-12khz? In TC Works Graphic EQ? How do it?

Thanks to every1! ;)

Final filter is the Cakewalk Linear Eq LP64

Emmm... may i ask one more thing? (It's really last, i swear :) )
What instrument/preset you use in hardcore bass? Use EQ or other processing?

I really like you tone, and would like to learn to do the same sound :)

Thx
