last month the electric bill here was $700. of course i get griped at, but i spend the first 20 minutes of my day turning off all the stuff everyone left on. bullshit.
i have spearheaded the movement to keep the heating and ac OFF at all times. it's fucking cold right now, but it's better to be a bit chilly than pay prices like that. fuck.

What do you have plugged in that can suck up 700 dollars of juice? My homes heating is electric and my bill seldom gets over 150 bucks a month.
