A good digital camera for recording playing guitar?

Lately Ive been thinking about buying a digital camera OR Video camera for maybe a little around 130$ to make videos of me playing guitar

Im looking for one with good sound quality for recording the heavy distortion and all that, of course
Also one I can buy from wal-mart?, or possibly ebay (maybe)

it is like 135$ canadian but it is as low as you can go without buying pure shit that will crap out in no time
the video on this camera is surprisingly amazing. the only reason why this Canon product is cheap is because the physical size is larger than your average new age digital camera
