there hasn't been a new thread here from some time, so i've decided to open one however useless it may be..
well, tomorrow, the 2nd of december 2004 is a very exceptionnal day for it is indeed the 200th anniversary of when an experienced corsican general became emperor and determined the fate of europe hence of the whole world for the ten years to come, and even more than that for he installed all the modern institutions that we use today. this is why i believe this date is overly ignored, when you think that if it weren't for the russian winter we'd be all feasting for this international holiday.
