A question regarding the new Bruce Dickinson album....

....is this just a rumour? He makes no mention of this on his site or radio show so where did people get the idea that a new album was on it's way...? Right now it just seems like there will be more touring with Maiden! Please tell me you have concrete evidence and I can sleep well!!

It appears the DVD has been postponed until next spring. This is to avoid having it "competing" with the Iron Maiden DVD coming out in October. This has caused a dreadful delay in his release schedule postponing the release of his new album until next autumn! Bruce will most likely do the promotion bit for the album next summer, probably coinciding with a Maiden-tour.

A new Bruce album and a Maiden tour at the same time? Steve is clearly taking no chances this time. Sounds great, but it would be awesome if he was able to squeeze a few solo performances in...

According to IRON MAIDEN fan site MaidenFans.com, MAIDEN singer Bruce Dickinson revealed during his BBC 6 Music rock show on January 1 that his new solo album might be released as early as April this year.
