A simple/good interface for PC Windows?

Hey everyone

I've been asked for advice on a simple interface for PC, @ the $200 range, with a 1/4 input for recording guitars. I mean simple, because it's for recording n00bs who just want to plug in and record. Hopefully with small latency.
Kind of like the One for mac..

Any suggestions?

Focusrite Saffire 6 USB? They go for $160 on eBay new.

I was checking the Konnekt 6, but it doesn't have MIDI and it's more bulky..

I have an M-Audio Fast Track Pro and it's been completely problem free and very easy to use. 2 inputs, 48V phantom power, -4db pads, headphone out, USB communication, Midi, SPDIF, stereo outputs obviously, think I paid under $200 for mine. Using Reaper and 64 bit Vista and have zero latency issues.
