Fuck Yahoo.
On a different note, I'm getting a little tired of people being paranoid about Google... because GMail keeps proper backups and archives. If you are at all concerned with security - or really think that someone will be snooping through any of your stuff for any reason at all ever - and you don't know what GPG is, you're a failure. Your lips should be stapled shut until you figure out how to encrypt anything you consider important instead of counting on everyone else to take care of your stupid bullshit.

how bout bing?
ok i get the pointHow about a pathetic, destined-to-fail attempt at finding something resembling relevance in a system already too dependent on competence for any such illusions to be found?

Jeff, it's not GMail people are concerned about, it's the fact that Google Chrome caches and indexes password-protected web pages if they have been visited using said browser. And there's proof of that Then again, Internet Explorer has been doing the same for years, only without showing the cached pages to the entire world so... well... screw it
I am addicted to street view. I'm serious.

That's one reason why I'm annoyed at people who whine about GMail - there are too many *actual* things to be concerned about. All things considered, though, it's not like they haven't opened Chrome up to let other people take their good moves and do what they want with them...
