the part of "the pendulum upholds the carnal deciet", is this refering to Foucalt's Pendulum in anyway? i ask because the lyrics of Colossus seem to hint a bit at that concept.

sorry, i think i should of specified, i meant the song "Colossus" from Borkangar's album "Quintessence". i thought i wouldnt have to specify though, because you know, this being the Borknagar board and all...=p

The lyric is about the big band which ends in the big crunch which feeds a new big bang and then this process repeats itself forever... This process is referred to as the pendulum.
