About sticking the pick to the thumb

Hi Chris

I'm very interested in playing those tapping licks which are done with four fingers of the picking hand. However I don't really know what to do with the pick while my fingers are doing the tapping.

I did a google search about this matter and there are a lot of discussions about this topic but nothing with a real answer.

I'm hoping if you could post a short video of how you stick the pick to you thumb.
