About to bounce guitar stems, need opinions

Hey guys, I had these guitars reamped by Ermin through a JVM. I'm about to bounce the final stems (so I don't waste time fucking with them any more, haha!) so I just want some other ears to make sure it sounds decent. There's nothing crazy on here, just some hi pass lo pass and notch eq- I think Ermin did a great job with the tone but I just want to get it to sit right with the rest of the mix. So let me know what you think!

Guitar sound is good but from 0:16 to the end they sound out of tune,maybe I m wrong.

sound is good but as WalhallaM said there's some intonation problems: track 1 at 00:42 is really clear

That's odd, I tuned like every 5 seconds while recording this. Oh well, it's already been reamped. Maybe I can get away with redoing that end part with an amp sim, since there's a solo that goes over that
