I don't think that will ever happen. AC/DC maintains complete creative control over their catalogue, and a 'best-of' would result in less sales of some of the back catalogue albums, especially the late 80s albums no one seems to like, so I'd say that while they are still a working band, a 'best-of' will never be an issue.
