Achieving this kick sound using samples.

I'm looking for samples that sound similar to the kicks in the links. Something dry and clicky with lots of thud as opposed to the really wet samples that are everywhere. Any suggestions are much appreciated!

Get some really raw samples and this shouldn't be too hard to do on your own.

Ech, the Tortured Existence mix. :zombie: So terrible. Good thing they made up for it on the next album with one of the heaviest productions I've ever heard.

Thanks for the suggestions. I'm actually quite fond of that mix (mostly the drums) although I agree that Epidemic of Violence is miles better.
