acoustic stimulator plug in - mac osx

Hi lads, can anyone recommend some? i tried googling it and i did use the search function (which proved to be unfruitful) micing up an acoustic is impossible as a) i have no mic b) i have no acoustic guitar
i did stumble 1 on kvraudio forums but that is only for windows. Im not sure how good that one is. Is it a good idea to use acoustic IR?

I haven't tried out Tribe IR myself but I remember people here going all 'oohh' and 'ahhh' over it. Must be good.

oh hey cool man. Tribe IR. seems like you have to put an acoustic IR first.. i hope it works with mac osx. Anyone here have a decent acoustic IR so i can try this little baby?

edit: yeah, I found it. I recorded the Ibanez Artcore guitar with passive humbuckers into a DI-box AND also captured the stringsounds with a Röde NT-5.

Here is just the guitar (DI dry, mic dry, DI wet, mic wet, DI+mic wet):

The DI track has:

- GuitarSuite Rednef Twin:
bright: on
volume: 6.2
low: 6.5
mid: 5.0
hi: 5.0
tremolo off

- EQ:
Highpass @ 112hz
+4dB @ 300hz
+4dB @ 950hz


The mic track had:

- Guitar Suite Tubescreamer:
Gain: 0
Tone: 3.1
Level: 8.5

- EQ:
Highpass @ 200hz
-7dB @ 600hz
Lowpass @ 12khz


Then they are both run into a bus where there is:

- YouWaShock!:
knob at 12.30 o'clock
mode A

- Roomworks Reverb:
Hall Church -preset
wet-dry mix is 15%

EQ:
+2dB hishelf @ 10khz

A limiter just to prevent clipping (didn't occur)

I have played that pedal before and for the price, it is pretty impressive.
