Just decided to have a play around with some acoustic stuff that I recorded for a friend a while back. I tried "mastering" and I am pretty happy with the results. There is a bit of noise on the tracks and the performance isn't perfect but I think that the tone is pretty decent.

I also think that the bus compressor might be distorting a bit but I couldn't seem to fix this with the attack and release settings (where I assume the distortion is occuring).

Any pointers?

It was a Cort Acoustic Guitar (can't remember model as it is my friends guitar).
And a Behringer C2 pointed at 12th fret angled to taste about 2 inches from the fretboard. Mic went straight into Profire 2626. Not the best gear, haha.

Sounds pretty nice man.

I'd give more of a constructive crit if i were listening on something other than these earbuds i'm using now which seem to rape everythings low mids.
