Addictive drums Wont load in Nuendo 3

It Wont load into nuendo 3 after I reformatted my computer. Im running vista home basic (I know uke: It did work before though) It doesnt show up in the vst instruments panel. but i can see it in the plug in information window, when i try to enable the plugin it says "could not enable plugin" any help greatly apreciated

I have the same problem and it isn't just nuendo.

I have to use it in a virtual machine loaded with XP.

Its lame though it worked with the same version of windows on a prior install idk... maybe I will format again it cant hurt to try
