ADI Horror of It All voice

Listening to Anthrax—ADI Horror of It All, there's a voice speaking at 6:13. I've listened to this song since it came out in 1987, and this is the first time I've noticed it. Anybody know what is being said?

It indeed sounds like a word or two is being said, but it took me a few listens. It might be a mistake, or a coincidence, or a subliminal message, who knows...

After a third listen I'd say the voice is Scott's.

It could be something that was picked up while tracking drums.
