advanced midi logic operations in pro tools

does anyone know how to do midi logical operations (like random start time offset, select all notes of same velocity, set random velocity to selected notes between x and y) in pro tools 8?

i do this stuff in cubase, but im wondering if i can get real with PT and not use cubase at all.
