Advice On Buying A Wacom Board?

I'm thinking of buying this:

I'd be doing so blindly, however, as I've no experience with them. Is that a good price (I'll get a discount, too, through my work so it'll be cheaper). If that is a good buy, what else would you suggest I buy to go along with it?

Thanks,
Ken

Dam, that thing is huge. I plan on getting one sometime as well. But, I am going for the much smaller one.

I hate using the mouse. I goes all wonky on me! Haha. And it's clean, and it's a great mouse. It just doesn't move well, I guess, when you're trying to do little things.

There is also this one (6 x 11) for about half the price:

That's the one I'm using
And you, my friend, are badass! So I assume that's a good buy! :kickass:

So, what else is good to start with? I have Photoshop (the full, legal version). I'm pretty good with Photoshop already, but clearly no expert. What other programs/peripherals are worth getting? Do you buy fonts or create your own?
