Legacy Recordings, the catalog division of Sony Music Entertainment has announced the label's all-star line-up of 7" and 12" vinyl titles for Record Store Day 2014, celebrated at independent record stores worldwide on Saturday, April 19. For Record Store Day 2014, Legacy is offering limited edition and collectible titles from classic artists, four classic AEROSMITH 12" LPs, individually numbered on 180-gram audiophile vinyl. * "Rocks" - 12" 180-gram audiophile vinyl LP in an individually numbered jacket. AEROSMITH's 1976 classic "Rocks" captures AEROSMITH at the band's most raw and rocking, featuring "Back In The Saddle" and "Last Child". * "Draw The Line" - 12" 180-gram audiophile vinyl LP in an individually numbered jacket. AEROSMITH's 1977 release "Draw The Line" responded to then-emerging punk with a full-on straight-ahead hard rock assault, wrapped in an iconic cover art by American caricaturist Art Hirschfeld. * "Night In The Ruts" - 12" 180-gram audiophile vinyl LP in an individually numbered jacket. 1979's "Night In The Ruts" includes "No Surprize", which recounts the band's early history, as well the driving "Chiquita", the jamming "Three Mile Smile", the furious "Bone to Bone", and a pair of covers: THE YARDBIRDS' "Think About It" and the novelty number "Reefer Head Woman". * "Rock In A Hard Place" - 12" 180-gram audiophile vinyl LP in an individually numbered jacket. Originally released in 1982, "Rock In A Hard Place" is the only album in AEROSMITH history to not include guitarist Joe Perry. The band still created world-class rock as evidenced in the title track as well as "Prelude To Joanie", "Lightning Strikes", "Jailbait", "Bitch's Brew" and "Bolivian Ragamuffin".
