Urm, yes it can.. considering it's using nVidias next core in the graphics. It's using XDR memory which is more advanced than DDR3.

ATi aren't faster. It's been proven time and time again, plus the nVidias have better chipset features, and decent dual card support.. oh and quadro's are the best graphics cards around.
