If she by any chance got mysteriously killed in the near future, we're all not gonna hesitate pointing our fingers at BigDave. I hope there isn't internet access in prisons there, though.[something atrociously loud...]

SOMEBODY KILL THAT FUCKING CUNT GWEN STEFANI BEFORE THEY PLAY ANOTHER ONE OF HER VIDEOS AT MY GYM
Well, it didn't strike me as even remotely funny, partly because I've never heard the band in question, but I 'm actually willing to check out Tragic Kingdom to see what's all the fuss about.Holy shit. He was pointing out the odd juxtaposition of No Doubt with several metal bands.
^ QFT, I never said they sucked (Though they do, but I never brought that up). You all don't know how to read, and yes I mispelled genius big fucking deal. I guess I should follow you around for a while and be a grammar nazi also.
Amarantus you should get off your high horse every once in a while so you don't get a saddle rash.
Don't be an idiot. You mispelled it twice the same exact way. I mean granted the I U and O keys are right next to each other but the order in which they would be hit to spell the word genius just doesn't add up. No sense in lying about it, you really didn't know how to spell the word. AHAHAHAHA
What the hell are you talking about? He didn't deny misspelling it or offer any sort of excuse. I'm beginning to think that you have some bizzare form of dyslexia were you just replace whatever is actually written with whatever the fuck you want it to say.
Predicting that Amarantus will respond to this with "lol ok son you have never even SEEN my car i could totally beat you in a race and then i would kick yer ass. YOU. FAIL.... PWNED" Or something equally irrevelvant.
That wasn't even the point you fucking moron. Yeah he lived up to it, BUT HE HAD NO CHOICE. The goddamn text is there and I quoted it. What else was he going to do? Much up a bunch of retarded shit like you? Besides, how on fucking earth can you even attemp to flame someone when you can't even spell the word genius, not to mention that word was the majority of your insult. I mean jesus christ, it's only a SIX letter word.
And for the last time, stop trolling my posts you faggot.
And yes, you sure as fuck did fail yet again. PWNED b1tch!

I couldn't honestly answer that question because I haven't listened to that album in years. I've forgotten most of it. Certainly wasn't that memorable.
Edit: I don't remember your name, did you post under a different name in the past?
I disagree with Opeth: Deliverance is terrible and Damnation is boring and Ghost Reveries is boring.
I also disagree with Black Sabbath, as I can't stand Dio.
For me, I'll go with Anathema. They started out as one of the best doom metal bands and ended up as one of the finest rock bands. They aren't all metal though, so for a more pure metal band, I'm going with Converge. Every album is amazing.
I don't understand why people shit on Damnation so much for its '70s prog influence. The album has a distinctively modern feel to it - particularly in vocals and production - and has a much more balanced usage of synths than just about anything from the '70s. The sound is more consistent (thus more listenable), and nowhere near as bombastic or melodramatic as a lot of '70s stuff. I'd much rather listen to Damnation on any given day than something by Pink Floyd. If someone can show me a '70s prog band which sounds just like Opeth but only better, I'll be quite surprised.
By the way, I appreciate V.V.V.V.V.'s efforts to steer the thread back on-topic instead of just outright closing it like certain unnamed persons tend to do. The heavy-handedness of some of the moderators here is fucking irritating.
Oh Christ you just said you like Damnation more than Pink Floyd. That's a criminal offense man! Have you heard Wish You Were Here?
I've heard that Damnation sounds the most like Camel, but I'm not that experienced with Camel so I can't really say if I agree with that statement or not. It came from a huge Damnation and Opeth fan if that means anything.

it does sound like camel, but damnation is a really good album anyways

listen to king crimson buddy, that will change your opinion. I would suggest "in the court of the crimson king", one of the greatest albums in music in the last 50 60 years (pink floyd fucking rules by the way)
