Explain these ratings? Were these ratings made by you or an external entity? And if made by you, what conditions one album being a 93% and the other a 94%--what is this objective 1%? Hence, I am curious whether you have developed some methodology to objectively rate albums, and I'd like to discover what it is.

And why not list the mean and median here while you're at it? Just think ok the statistical fun you could have! Average Thrash Metal album: 96.5% Average Death Metal Album 96.7%, and so on and so forth.

I think that's about all of the albums I heard that deserves low ratings. My least favorite out of all of them being Reinkaos. Dissection is a horrible band and I heard from many people that they are ACTUALLY good.

Um.... the first two Dissection albums are fantastic. And giving Maiden's debut 40%, Killer's 50% and SOH 0% is utterly ridiculous. About the only thing out of place on SOH is the Priest cover. Aside from that the title track, Mandatory Suicide, Silent Scream, Behind the Crooked Cross, Read Between the Lies and Spill the Blood are fucking classics. Hell the whole damn album is good.

I don't see why people can't understand how a person can give ratings based on a scale of 0-100? I usually listen to an album and give it a basic rating of 10, 9.5, 9 etc...and then break it down further. For example, if an album is halfway between 'excellent' and 'outstanding' then it will range around 8.5 until I can determine which end it is closer to. If the album gets a 9 then its range is around 8.7-9.2 by rounding up or down..

This is the critera I use, I'm half-alseep but maybe it makes sense:
(100) Ineffable - words simply cannot descibe how amzing this album is.
(90) Outstanding - a killer release definitely worthy of being in your collection.
(80) Excellent - a great album, possibly worth buying.
(70) Good - a good album, but nothing special nor enough to convince me to buy it.
(60) Fair - a decent release of some respect but nothing worth caring about.
(50) Mediocre - certainly not good, but not enough to say its trully a bad release.
(40) Poor...etc...

id say there are probably 10 - 20 albums ever, that i'd rate 90+ % and i have a much broader knowledge than you, given you said "out of ALL the albums I have".

You do this with every album? Amazing. Can you imagine Mozart, Shostakovich, Prokofiev, Miles Davis, etc, sitting down with a new album, and giving it a numerical rating? Perhaps they did; who knows?

I don't like the vocalist during Iron Maiden's first two albums. Also the albums has a bit of a boring guitar tone for me.

As for South Of Heaven, it got old very fast for me.

Rating the first In Flames album and EP so lowly, and then giving The Jester Race 100% is the one that baffles me most. That's a very unusual stance

Although speaking of that, I must be one of the few people who really, really enjoyed CoB's Hate Crew Deathroll.
