Albums of the year in Terrorizer.

I almost never read music magazines. It's good to have 'em but I never had the desire to subscribe to one or buy myself a copy every month. Interviews are important. But this whole Top 100 shit and all these completley subjective and biased reviews don't really interest me a whole lot. I couldn't care less if a band I like
ranks #3 or #30 or isn't in the list at all. Getting pissed about that is somewhat besides the point, I think. If you like something, that's all that matters. Good music is good music, even if some wanker says otherwise. The problem with an "album of the month/year" is that there will always be people who suggest another album. So what's the point in arguing about that? Who is to say that an album is "the best" in some category?

Let the music do the talking.

Amen.
