Albums you bought and never listened to

self-explanatory title. Pay tribute to all that plastic that promptly got buried under piles and lay there un-unwrapped until you forgot all about it.

Just noticed that I own Preterite's debut album (side project by Menace Ruine's Geneviève Beaulieu), probably bought five years ago along with several Menace Ruine albums...

i admit to buying blind back in the day, listening once or twice, and promptly selling or trading shit though

I keep my unopened in a separate pile and always get to them. Currently have about 5 brand new albums in said stack.

A lot of those get listened to once or twice and then become permanently shelved, forgotten by the sands of time... until I see them randomly and think "wtf is this shit" and spin it a third time.

Pallbearer, Metsatoll, a couple others. Chalk it up to doing hauls back in the day. Nowadays hard pressed to buy one album, let alone twenty at a time.
