Trash by Alice Cooper is so damn great :headbang: What an amazing album.

What are the other albums from the same period that are in the same sort of style? I know Hey Stoopid is one, im getting that, were there any others in the same vein?

Also, is Hell Is Living Without You one of the best songs ever or what? :headbang: Bed Of Nails, Trash, House Of Fire, Poison... :headbang: What an album.

Both Raise Your Fist And Yell and Constrictor are like earlier templates of Trash, but not as good.
Hey Stoopid is brilliant. Last Temptation is a bit hit and miss.

While you are all here, does anyone know where I could get a copy of the Lord Kaos album Astennu played on before he joined Dimmu Borgir?

What Sydo said.

Constrictor and Raise Your Fist & Yell are both in the '80s hair metal style like Trash, except they are a bit more metal & less polished, and not quite as catchy/commercial as they are both co-written by the guitarist Kane Roberts (what a champ as well though) rather than Desmond Child. Kip Winger also plays bass on them.

Raise Your Fist is the better of the two. Excellent album indeed!

You people are all strange. I'll admit that Constrictor, Raise Your Fist, Trash and Hey Stoopid all have their moments, but as an album The Last Temptation is the best work Alice had done since Welcome To My Nightmare.

I tend to prefer concept style Alice over straight ahead rock n' roll Alice because he's such a great storyteller. Albums like Nightmare and Temptation give him the opportunity to do that instead of just cranking out more "mindless songs for teenagers making out in the back of a car" (and that's a quote from the man himself).

All the albums you mentioned are great in their own way though. What they lack in substance they make up for in volume and attitude :headbang:.
