Uh, dude, Chuck Schuldiner created Death Metal (hence the name), so don't sell me this shit about 'FIND THE REAL SIGNATURES, INSTEAD OF THE CLONES'. You should take your advice, nu-metal boy. you think that stuff is CREATIVE? Yet alone ORIGINAL? then i pity you.
And what's this shit about death being a ripoff?? Whered you get that from. Chuck has tirelessly created music and inspiriation for us all, and he honestly hasn't made a cent for it. Do you see kids walking around drinking out of cups that have a picture of 'death' on them? NO! Do you see kids walking around with a 'death' shirt on? NO! Think before you speak dude. Because you're going to piss me off soon, and then you'll die.
And BTW, if you are trying to say that because i listen to death, i am closed-minded to other styles of music, I am not. I AM ONLY CLOSED MINDED TO SHITTY NU-METAL CRAP. I listen to music because i don't feel anything, ever... and music gives that to me, makes me feel happy, or sad, or angry... I also listen to alot of metal because i am a guitarist, and have been for many years, and i can see true art and true genious in SOME metal bands.
If you've got something worthwhile to say, then say it, i will accept your opinions. but ONLY IF THEY ARE JUSTIFIED. which yours are not.
And just for proof that i have an open mind, i listen to the following 'non-metal' bands daily: Dead can Dance, The Tea Party, Tool, and Days of the new.
And also, TRUE DICKHEAD, I don't like slayer's last two cd's, so don't pretend that you actually know what bands i like.
Not everything with a distorted guitar is METAL. And everything that IS heavy metal, has it's own genre. Such as DEATH, CYNIC, or OPETH...
I honestly don't know what you're doing on this board, because you surely aren't into heavy metal, and you surely aren't a nice guy.
