Might want to work on the rest of the mix before thinking about how the vox sit...for instance, that snare is nonexistent. The guitars don't sound too bad but the drums need to come up in relation to everything else big time. Sounds like there might be too much low end somewhere too, maybe the guitars, maybe the bass maybe both. The vox would sit better with all these adjustments without having to do much to them I'd bet.
