How do I make these Vocals shine in this mix?

Working on my bands demo and am wondering how i can get these vox to really shine(i am the singer and producer). http://dl.dropbox.com/u/15356910/01 bone grinder(album).mp3

Let me know what you think on the general mix as well. I haven't really started mixing yet and everything is just the same volume the whole time.

Using Steven Slate drums and could use some advice on which snares are your favorites. Honestly the snare in this clip has got to go but i haven't found anything i really like yet. Bout ready to buy Superior 2.0.

I like that snare however its got a bit too much room sound added to it.

The guitar tone sounds like a box of bees IMO. Thats where i would start working.

i agree about the snare. The guitars were recorded with a jcm 900 4100 dual reverb. I have a dual rectifier but the guitar player insisted that we use his marshall. Any advice on taming the guitars.
