This may sound like a strange request, but I think I vaguely remember booking a room at Americas Best Value but can not find the email. Has anyone else here booked online? If so, what is their email address so I can search my email and see if I do indeed have a reservation.

Thanks!

I almost stayed at an ABV in Livonia, MI this week, but the desk clerk at a Comfort Inn (which isn't one of my first choices) warned me against staying there: pubic hair, filth, and bugs.

Hopefully, the ABV in Atlanta is in better condition. I recommend reading reviews of any hotel you plan on staying at. Another time I was looking at reviews for a hotel, and the reviews weren't very favorable. However, the agent at Hotels.com assured me that the reviews were wrong and that I had nothing to worry about. Hahaha... it was a truly dreadful hotel.

Because of that experience I quit using Hotels.com, and I travel a lot.

Fwiw, I'm sure there's a Candlewood hotel in the area. Those are reasonably priced, and include a kitchen (with a full sized fridge and oven). Buy some grub and sodas. It will keep your meal expenses to a minimum, and allow you to drink more beer lol....

Thanks for the responses. I'm currently in Japan and can't call them for a few weeks.
I've stayed there a few times and haven't had any problems.

I've been coming out since PPUSA VI and always stay at this hotel, never had any problems, although many other complainers have. It can be hit/miss. Just don't expect any amenities whatsoever, and you may have to switch rooms a couple times until you find a room where everything works (i.e. A/C, refrigerator, shower/toilet, etc). The walk sucks in the afternoon when it's sunny and hot outside, and there isn't much of a party atmosphere, but if you're an old dog like me, that's ok.
