My normal "amp to cab"-Cable isn`t long enough for the studio. Is it possible to use a multicore(only XLR) for that?
Amp-->cable-->XLR multicore-->Cab ??

Much better to have a really long speaker cable, keep the head in the control room, and the cab in another room though! Unless you're recording a combo...
yeah, I know..., but I don`t know where I can get a 30m cable.
I have a 20m cable I think. If thats not long enough I`ll have to make a long one myself

Yeah dude, just make one, soldering doesn't get much easier than speaker cable to jumbo 1/4" plugs!
