Here is a cover of one of Croatia's best metal band called E.N.D. It's a part of their song Pointless Revelation.

Guitars were recorded by my friend. Here's the signal path:
Ibanez RG270 (stock) standard B tuning .13-.56 ->soundblaster live->amplitube 2 (with modified Krank Rev preset) ->boogex with ENGL V30 cabinet.
Since we didn't had bass guitar around, he also recorded clean guitar as bass and I transponded it 12 semitones down. I used Waves Channel SSL and Ampeg SVX for processing the signal. I've created drum tracks in Fruity Loops, and they are only there as info. Comment please!:headbang:

the guitar and the "bass" dominates to much of the mix, otherwise it was pretty nice.

Yep I agree but since it was meant to be a guitar sound test it's ok.
I have another version where the mix is more balanced, the kick and the snare are a bit louder in the mix.
