Suggest an album that best fits every season of the year.

example:
spring:orchid
summer:morningrise
autumn:mayh
winter:still life

Go.

Watershed for summer.

Still Life for fall.

Deliverance for winter.

Damnation for spring.

Mostly arbitrary. What else could such a list be?

And while I would think that there are only a limited number of possible answers for this question, it turns out that there are well over a million possible answers for studio albums alone (4 to the 9th power, right?)

WRONG! Its 9!/(9-4)!=3024

And the list is only arbitrary if youre lazy and dont found your choices. Use your thinking cap man, its there for a reason. Try to recollect what kind of emotions the albums create in you.

What?! Morningrise for summer?!?!?!?! that album is the definition of winter.

heres my guess:

Autumn: Blackwater Park
Winter: Morningrise
Spring: My Arms, Your Hearse
Summer: Watershed

Pretty much MAYH for any season and Still Life for summer ("Sigh of summer upon my return" is the first line of the album, to you people who said SL = something else) After that...idk, Blackwater Park starts with "We entered winter once again."

Summer: Watershed
Autumn: Blackwater Park, MAYH and Still Life
Winter: Deliverance and Orchid
Spring: Morningrise and Damnation

If I only had to choose one, it'd be the first album on each season.

Song/month would be better.

Edit:

Song titles that give some direction;
Forest of October
Advent (does that have something to do with Christmas?)
April ethereal
Dirge for November

That's for the titles, next is the lyrics contents, but I'll get to that later.

Lyrical stuff from songs of Orchid:

In Mist she was standing
"Warm autumn night"
Means that it's something between august and November.

Under the weeping moon
"Burn the winter landmarks"
Dunno.

The twilight is my robe
"While the winds of winter sleeps gently around"
Somethin winter again.

The apostle in triumph
"Red leaves are blown by the wind"
Autumn?

So I quess that if it had to be whole album for one month, it'd be October, because of Foo.
